The band  “C- breeze” is founding member and acclaimed bassist from Kingston Jamaica Leon Duncan, who has performed and recorded with artists such as Monty Alexander, Ernest Ranglin and many others (see www.leon-duncan.info) and Junior Edwards, an experienced Steel Pan  player out of San Fernando Trinidad.

Junior has performed with groups such as Free Frenchstyle Steel Orchestra, Hillside Symphony Steel Orchestra, at the expo2002 with Swisstrin, and has toured the world extensively with the International Steel Drums formation Skiffle, playing prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall in England. He is based in Zürich Switzerland since 1996 and a regular guest since 1998 at the Montreux Jazz Festival. In the year 2000 he collaborated with the Swiss steel band “Panch” and performed at the Steel band festival in Trinidad and Tobago.

Around 2002 Leon and Junior decided to join forces, and have captivated listeners wherever they performed, be it in duo or an extended formation. C-breeze has also been the first choice group for visiting artistes such as steel pan virtuoso Len “boogsie” Sharpe, Liam Teague and many others.

The band has also recently teamed up with rising star “Namusoke” (see www.namusoke.ch) and has been enjoying great reviews.

C-breeze`s fusion of Pop, Jazz, Reggae and Calypso is clearly highlighted on their new demo cd and promises to go down well with listeners of any generation.

Drawing on their years of experience and versatile repertoire, C-breeze is certain to provide the ultimate tropical experience for any event.
